My passion is solving customers’ problems by creating thoughtful and enjoyable user experiences through a human-centred design approach.

Originally from Brazil, I lived in New Zealand for 16 years, until relocating to Brisbane, Australia in October 2021.

Currently working for Great Southern Bank as Senior Digital UX Lead, I am accountable for leading the digital user experience and design of Great Southern Bank’s digital product and user journeys.

While attending university, I started a design agency where for five years we developed websites, magazines, newspapers and other graphic design materials for print and digital media.

After moving to New Zealand, I worked for Fourthmedia where I had the opportunity to work with some of the most notable NZ organisations such as Air New Zealand, SkyTV, Maori Television, Ministry of Education, Prime TV, University of Auckland and others.

I found my passion for great user interfaces and customer research when I worked for Unleashed Software, where for over 7 years I led UX/UI and the design team, helping to transform a small startup into one of NZ’s most successful SaaS companies.

While working for Z Energy as a Senior Experience Designer, I focused on creating delightful customer experiences, as well as providing leadership in design and human-centred design practices.

Currently working for Concentrix Catalyst (former Tigerspike), I have been responsible for providing our clients with design leadership, from product discovery to solution design.

Outside work, I’m a husband and father of two amazing kids. I love spending time with the family, discovering the amazing Sunshine State, meditating, surfing and the odd gaming night with friends.
